Terms

This agreement will begin upon acceptance, and will continue for the duration of our dealings.

The service to be provided by the Coach to the Client is coaching via video (Zoom). Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the Client's life or profession.

Confidentiality
The Coach promises the Client that all information provided to the Coach will be kept strictly confidential.
As a member of the group, I will keep all conversations private within the group.
 
Declaration
I understand that I am working with Dominique Vandal for professional life coaching at the agreed fee. Professional life coaching is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional life coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.

Rescheduling
Not available for group calls. Only in emergencies will Dominique Vandal cancel a call. You will be notified as soon as it's possible to do so.

No shows
As with all professional business services, if you don’t show up/forget a session, the session is forfeit (and will not be rescheduled).

Refund
Refund will be considered on a per case basis.
